Therapy & Supervision

Rhonda is a psychotherapist also certified as a Compassionate Inquiry (CI) Practitioner, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Gabor Maté, M.D., C.M., with whom she is in direct and ongoing mentorship. She works with clients to design an approach using the modalities below as a stand-alone or integrated approach, helping to get to the heart of complex, deep-rooted psychological and emotional issues. She supports clients in healing trauma, mindbody connection, and being in healthy relationships.

Modalities:

  • Individual/Couple Sessions

Online and phone sessions locally, across Canada, and internationally.

    • Individual: 50 min, 75 min, and 1.5 hours
    • Family/Couple: 1.5 hours (existing clients only)
  • Supervision/Consultation

As a Clinical Supervisor & Consultant to professionals in private practice Rhonda’s approach is present and attuned, direct, and compassionate. Using the Compassionate Inquiry approach she provides experiential supervision, which invites a practitioner if they wish to safely explore trigger(s) and potential clinician block(s) as they arise. The process supports a reflective process without judgment (self or other), effectively informing the clinician’s work with others. Rhonda is certified in the Basics in Clinical Supervision designed and curated by Jeff Chang, Ph.D., r.Psych. (AB).
